I would suggest Magnaflow for a cat.

However, since you live in Ca, I would recommend staying with your stock cat. (or getting a stock cat)
Why risk it

i have a straight pipe and im swapping it back for the stock cat or a magnaflow
it gets ghey after a while, it's loud with no real purpose
straight pipes are really beneficial to built motors but more so for turbo motors
god its annoying and loud

brand new stock cat. over $600!!!!!!!!!!

getting it used
i know brand new factory cats are crazy expensive. best alternative to replace one is either go with a car-sound magnaflow hi-flow cat, random technology, or get it used.

im getting a used one for 20 bucks
i got a quote of 225 for a magnaflow cat.

i have magnaflow high flow cat right now and havent had any problems so far. My stock cat was fcuked and throwing cel number. I went to dealership and ask for oem cat for ULEV engine and it was around $1000 dollar. I took the magnaflow, and it didnt throw any cel number no more.
P.S. i live in cali as well

^^^ If that the case then buy it. BTW you can get a used cat from CA Honda junk yard for $200.
