caught speeding..help?

well I don't know what its like in Hawaii but when I got pulled over doin 103 in a 65 they took my license, gave me $1000 in fines plus court costs, probation for a year, and I had to take a driver improvement class. considering you were going faster then me and in a speed limit zone that was 20mph less then the one I was in, I'd have to say your ****ed......

btw i got these papers after getting bailed. saying my court date and why i got pulled over. my friend brought up something saying that they are suppose to put down how fast i went or like the reason i got pulled over on the papers. he wasnt sure if they do that or not. so im wondering if anyone knows if they have to also put down how fast i went???

You really should get a lawyer....your friend may be somewhat right, but save yourself trouble and don't ask legal questions on 6thGen. Go to AVVO.com and ask real attorneys.

There def wont be no jail time if thats what your worried about. Suspended license, fines, points ,insurance premiums all that sounds about right prolly some safe driver course. i got caught going 75 in a 30 twice back in my day went to court for 1 of them and got off clean and the 2nd one paid the fines no points so i would say go to one of those ticket clinics see what they can do for you. Def stop speeding its not worth your life or someone elses when your young your naive and do crazy **** like that but there is no reason to be speeding like that unless its life or death. hope this will teach you a lesson good luck!
