Ok, as some of you know I'm replacing the F23 on my car for a modified NA F22. I think I may be the first doing this particular type of swap/build for a 6GA... goal is 250whp "minimun" on pump gas so here's some details on the build.

I got an F22A1 Longblock (used core) rebuildable, 1990 Non-Vtec & H23 Intake manifold w/TB (used from junkyard) direct bolt-on to F22 head for $150. Currently, the whole longblock & intake have been hot tanked & dissasembled. Below is my parts list thus far needed to assemble & balance engine.

1. Bisi 10.5:1 Arias Piston Kit - 1mm O.S.
2. Complete Bearing Rebuild Kit & Gasket Set
3. Bisi Alumn. Flywheel w/Action Clutch Kit combo (6 prong I think)
4. Bisi Adjustable Cam Gear
5. Bisi Hardweld Stage 3 Cam
6. Kaisenspeed Balance Shaft Eliminator kit

Bisi will also be sending the head to a trustworthy builder to port & polish and match to performance. $$$ - don't ask. The engine build will be done by my local machinist.

I'm having Innovative make new engine mounts before it all goes in. Most likely, the Intake will also get ported to match along with a set of headers and RC will be injecting the fuel. Engine management will be done through my Hondata S200/P28 combo for now. The H22 trans. currently in the car will also be getting redone with an LSD unit, more on that later.

The timeframe on this will be 3-6 months to complete so check in frequently as I'll be sharing the details of this project. In the mean time, wish me luck!
