I have a co-worker who plans on getting the RaceLand coilovers for his 92 civic EG. I believe it was going to be something like $237 shipped. At first he had doubts because the spring rates listed from the company was 100lbs/in front and 215lbs/in rear. Maybe it was a typ-o cause most companies have stiffer front springs then rears. Besides that, other coilover setups from that same company Race Land did have F/R springrates that were either similiar or stiffer in the Front. He called the company and they confirmed that it was 100lbs/in in the front.

After further research, there was a review from someone on D-series.org and they swapped the front with the rear springs upon install. It worked for them.

Hopefully an Accord version will have good spring rates.

here is the email that i got from them
Keron Lewis,

Thank you for your interest in Raceland US.

The metal that the springs are made of is chrome silicone. Then they are heat treated, phosphate coated, powder coated, and then completely blocked. Blocked means they are compressed completely for completely for 10 seconds to prevent sagging of the spring. Our springs are guaranteed no to sag for at least 2 years.

Our struts are made of threaded steel.

We have been receiving a lot of interest from the Accord crowd lately. The more requests we have the more likely they will be produced.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Raceland US

i dont know too much about the sag comment but i emailed them back with questions concerning warranty and dampers... they emailed me back with in the hour tho... that was fast

im sorry, but those look horrible. and for $300 i would never buy them. i read in one of the first few posts from the first link that they ride like vmaxx coils....which are also garbage.

you get what you pay for.

More answers from Raceland

Hello,

We offer a two year warranty. If anything goes wrong with the coilover set before the warranty there is no cost for the parts that need replacement. After the warranty expires we typically sale a full coilover instead of just a single part.

As far as down time, as soon as we receive news that a customer needs a replacement part we send out the new part the same day with expedited shipping with a return shipping label included in the package to send the damaged/defective part back to us. We expedite shipping for warranty issues. If a customer needs a replacement part we can expedite shipping but the customer will have to pay for the expedited shipping. For customers who aren't in a rush and need a replacement part we usually ship the item for free with Fedex ground.

Thank you for all the great questions.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Raceland US

according to a thread that i read earlier, they arent really making profit, they are solely doing at this price right now to expand their company to the US. They are highly popular in europe, china and japan. So if they become famous then you can def see a price jump
