delete resonator??

how do i remove the resonator? I'm really not sure what it is but i want that sound that everyone is talking about

It looks like a smaller version of your muffler that's in the middle of the exhaust piping. But it sounds like *** if you have a cheap muffler or stock muffler on.

If you wanna remove it, just take it to any muffler shop and they'll be able to chop it off for $40 or less.

Here's an example from an s2k but you get the idea.

thanks man and yea i have the stock v6 muffler so I won't do it then

Actually, that usually applies to i4 accords. But since you have a v6, there's another thing next to the resonator called a "pre-muffler" that you can take out. It'll just make your stock exhaust slightly louder. Or you can find some TL-S/CL-S mufflers to slap on if you want better sound.

Lol at this thread bc Randy sold his accord after having it for like 4 months. He has an is300 now
