I actually had to do this a few weeks ago. I just used to strips of 16 gauge speaker wire. Good tutorial, though.

Hello Gents,

I have a 2008 Honda Accord Sedan and have spent several days looking for the MES connector in my car under the driver side panel. I have seen dozens of pics / diagrams, but all seem to be for previous models. Still no way to locate the MES in my car.

Can someone please kindly share the exact location for the MES for a 2008 Honda Accord Sedan ?

Million thanks !

Did this today with some speaker wire instead of a paperclip since I didn't want to take out the kick panel. Worked like a champ.

That is a load off my mind with this new-to-me used car, I thought the airbags were hosed.

Thanks to the OP, though I suppose he'll never see this.

SRS light was on because of code 9-3 (drivers side seat belt buckle), a common issue.

Performed the reset using 2 paper clips, and SRS light turned off. Worked the seat belt buckle a few times and SRS light remained off. :waytogo:
