This thread is a lifesaver. My cousin removed his amps from under the seat of the 2000 Accord that has come to live with me. I reconnected the seat sensors underneath, but the light remains. I will definietly be trying this tonight to see if I can get rid of the persistent SRS error indicator.

amazing! Did it with speaker wire so that I could sit in my seat and comfortably watch the light. Yay for AIRBAGS :naughty:

it works@@@ xD, well i connected, light went off, disconected, light came on, connected, light blinked then off started engine, disconnected turned off engine. then started it normal, it worked.

i also used a paperclip xD

Does anyone know where to pick up that Metra part?
I went to Best Buy and some other car audio places and no one could get me one

Si, the one at the mall where I worked said they don't carry components for particular vehicles

You really dont need it... just use some 10gauge wire and strip half a inch off.. keep one side plugged in and pull/push in the otherside when needed.

This may be a silly question; but how do you access the connector to reset the SRS light? Where is it located?
