Not exactly, the H23 DOHC non-vtec motor uses FRM sleeves. The JDM F22B DOHC non-vtec has iron-sleeves! If you need proof go on V6p, ask NVA-AV6 cuz hes got my pix and he helped me tear down the motor. Once I get the pix ill post them here!
