looking good dude. did you figure out a way to get all the intercooler piping installed? I know we had some trouble when we originally installed it before cutting and re-working it.

Yeah it'll be laggy for sure, I chose this because I didn't want to run an adapter plate then lose my ac I'm sure I could've figured it out but this was way easier and some lag will always be a little fun. Do you have ac?

Don't know if I'd agree with that one. Regardless of ballsweat, AC does lag up the engine itself, kills gas mileage, and will indeed result in turbo lag as well, AC takes away power. When the AC pulley activates it's like running a mini-engine in line with your car's engine. If you ever have idle issues with your P28 setup (hopefully not), you won't be able to use AC anyways as it will cause your car to die when stopped. This happened before I corrected it on my build a few years ago when I had AC. It's harder on the clutch and more finicky for the driver when starting from a go with AC on, remember the mini-engine is kicked in - that's a slowwwwer time right there, don't even think about launching with it on..

Great progress on the build though!

i am laughing reading these post. i sit in traffic all day, i live in northern va. highways are a wreck, and you guys are saying pointless facts. i know ac doesnt add power to my car, You guys should give me some credit. I am aware it takes power from the car. But did you ever think maybe i took this into account and would like to sit in comfort when im in dead stop traffic 3 days out of the week. i dont know if you know this but the car comes stock with ac. haha it ran fine then so not sure why adding more power would make it worse. :fail:
