Okay I understand that, but now my situation is that there are two lines listed for a 6ga. I do not know which is which. I also do not have this piece that fits inside of the master cylinder that comes out and then has threads on the end. I assume it is included in the line kit, but since I am buying online I can't see it.

You read it wrong. I said that if you removed the two fittings on either end of the clutch line, then those are the only threaded parts in the entire system. The fitting goes over the threaded end. It comes complete this way when you buy the oem piece.

There is ONE clutch line. There are no other lines for the clutch system. The other "line" is a rubber hose going from the resevoir to the clutch master cyl.

Found the right line there were two number nines on the parts listing but I ordered the line through the stealership to ensure it is correct.

need some help with a part I have here it is the diaphragm piece listed as number 14 here I thought this was some kind of filter to keep out garbage but it doesn't have any holes in it. What does this do?

Okay so I think instead of making a new thread I will just use this one as my help thread since I really have never attempted something on this scale. Any and all help/suggestions are appreciated. He's what I've got now:

The clutch disc I ordered came in today, I was looking everything over and noticed the clutch has a raised side and a almost flat side.

and then the flat side:

Also I understand the clutch goes in between the pressure plate and the Fidanza flywheel. But is the clutch sandwiched between the shown plate in red and the flywheel? Like I said I have never done something like this before.

Another thing I need some help with is this piece:

There is a screw underneath that white cap but I don't know if it some kind of adjusting screw or if that how that part comes off. For some reason the person that took this engine out cut every hose and line on the engine. THX again!

In that last pic i believe once you remove the top hat there should be a pattern to remove it with a wrench.

was reading in the haynes for a min... "most replacement clutch discs will be marked "flywheel side" or something similar, if not marked install the clutch disc with the damper springs toward the transmission"

yes it will be sandwiched in between the surface of the pressure plate (what you circled in red) and the flywheel
