I just got off the phone with Bisi from Bisimoto Race Engineering. He says that the F series motors have a TON of potential. In fact, more than the H series. As I was told, the head has a lot of potential to flow great, and with the right cam profile/cam gear/tune, should yield some great power (10-15%).
Just as a heads up to everyone with the F series motor (I know there's a lot of us), that don't think it has all motor potential. Well, it does
There are also many more tuning options for obdI rather than obdII.
I figured this will get some heads turning towards sticking with the F23 rather than swapping the H22. Now, I am not, I repeeat, not knocking the H22 in any way, shape, or form. I just got some new information that I thought some of the 6th gen's who want to stick N/A with the F23 might like to know. Happy tuning
