I think he meant on stock internals..because the F23 is a very strong motor..especially sleeved. It's basically bulletproof with forged internals and sleeved.hotaccord243 said:hahaha fickle........

i agree with you when you say two cams are better than one, yes they will flow a lot better than our sohc head ill give you that, thats why alot of accord owners go the g23 route with f23 block and h22/23 head for flow
one thing that i wanted to ask you is why you said if you want more than 250whp why not the f23? i just got a little confused, is it because it cost so much money to get the h22 in our cars for the different base to start off with for more potential?
i am just curious not trying to start a war here hahaha
