I agree with Kevin's point. Food service should be in a reasonable time frame, with courteous attitude and professional service. It seems like Guppy's is NOT a place where management sees the customer's point of view and caters to their needs in hopes of the customer returning. Which is the ultimate fail in the restaurant/food business

Making mistakes and not apologizing or fixing the issue also makes me so pis sed. :furious:

i think you have to put yourself in steve's shoes to feel how its like to work there. imo. i have worked at a food/drink place and its nothing like you guys have experience.

there is not more superautobacs in america they filled for bankruptcy but there is superauto toyz now lol. they bought from super autobacs.

sorry to thread hijack but lol i didn't know steve works at guppys in hacienda. rofl i been going there for the past 2 straight days, my gf just moved to west cov and guppys is like 10 min local i thought you look familiar but i didn't want to pull you aside and ask for your name (no homo) haha but yeah it does get bad on the weekends, we thought our party was big (8) then this other party came after us and it was like 20 dudes......and guppys is pretty small to handle something like that big, service isn't so bad i mean its decent, just don't expect to get food right away
