I'd rather try out the pin idea.. How do I tell if my pin needs to be repinned? Where to repin it, at the harness, or at the ECU? Which wire..?

Well, in Connector B at the ECU, there is a BLK/BLU wire at Pin #23.

I'd imagine the F23 3-wire has a power, ground, and signal (BLK/BLU from ECU), whereas the F22 2-wire is just a signal and ground.

Here's the pinout diagrams:

If you want an F22 upper plenum, I think I have one sitting in my room with the 2-wire IACV.
