I think the only OBD2 ecu is the 5spd vtech which is the p13-a12 that I'm running now it's the 2nd one on the list.

IMHO, H23 VTEC is topped in sexyness ONLY by the Euro-R.

You could technically switch to OBD1 with just an adapter harness and ECU. Later you'll want a 2-wire IACV.

But seriously, I would SOOOO get out from under that autotragic slush box!

Also, your car is a 98 model, so you'll have a few less issues to overcome compared to us with 2000+ models.
