as soon as i start my car in the morning the temperature gauge goes all the way up even with the engine being cold but the car isn't over heating the fan turns on as it should i replaced the thermostat and the fan switch and also the temperature sensor but it still goes all the way up i think it might just be the cluster does anyone know what it is and also when i turn on my heat it blows outside temperature if its hot outside it will blow hot air but if its cold it will blow cold air i think i may just need to flush the radiator PLEASE HELP LOL :squintrun::squintrun::squintrun::squintrun:

Not sure about heat in car, but cooling issue could definitely be water pump related as well, if all the other things check out.

but if it was the water pump wouldnt it be over heating i checked it with the snap on scanner and the motors temp was about 180 degrees which is about normal on a hot *** day

the gauge and the ECM read from different sensors.

since you say you have no heat as well I suspect you have a massive air bubble in the cooling system that is:
Keeping the coolant from flowing in the heater core.
Screwing up your sensor for the temp gauge.

I would try bleeding the cooling system before I tossed parts at it.

park it nose high, turn heat to max.

pull radiator cap
run until thermostat opens.

replace coolant as the level drops.
