honestly nikita i'd look into upgrading your radiator and fans (check what mikeymike did) and if you still need better cooling you could try and get a vented hood.... but you'd need a hood that lets air out, not one like the sti that pulls air in

its what I do, hood spacers are cheap and only necessary if you really have some major mods to do and can't afford a vented hood

i have been thinking about this with how hot the SC gets under the hood
i already have a cf hood. so theres no point of getting another vented hood

the hood spacer is ..... fugly... it looks like your hood isn't installed correctly... and it serves no real purpose

im not fond of the vent ideas. having water just go thru the vent to the engine and what ever is around the opening

Hood tilt is for all the JDm fanboys, like 2years ago though. I think even they came to their senses and realized it was a stupid idea especial with stock d15s under the hood. :rofl:
