That's great to see. Hopefully now they will take care of you right. Just make sure you stay on top of them going forward till it's done and if something's not right, don't be a afraid to tell them.

Yeah normally I'm pretty quiet even when something is wrong, but this is my child. I went and saw my car this morning and all the guy got away with was my sound system. the insurance company also called me this morning and are giving me a decent settlement for my injuries so maybe I'll pay for this paint issue just to get it over with.
No, no and no. That settlement is for pain and suffering. Not suffering caused by the body shop. If the manager is working with you, lean on him as far as he will bend. This is their fault, not yours. Don't pay for somebody else's mistake. You could use that money toward your new place.
I know you want it over with but do you think you offering cash is really gonna speed them up? It's your call to make but before I offered anything, I would push for everything to be done. Again, not your fault.
This is one big clusterfawk. Appalling what has unfolded so far. It's good to hear they are replacing your system with equal parts but I'd be watching them every step of the way. And I'd take the new equipment home so it doesnt get stolen again. I hope things go better with this from here out...I'd be at my wit's end.
And yeah don't offer them anything unless it absolutely has to come to that. He has accepted liability which means he should take care of everything. Don't be too nice at this point, that's not your responsibility.
