The Cadillac shift knob looks good, it would be real nice if it could fit into our cars.

Mike, the TL-S gated shifter is the way to go I think, it looks so nice. The Caddy knob itself is nice, but the surrounding shifter trim in the Caddy makes it look good. If you put the Caddy knob with the stock 6GA trim, the knob may look a little out of place. Is the TL-S shiftgate and Caddy knob an option? That may require painting the shiftgate black though, dunno.

Yeah mine covers part of the pencil indent on the console, but honestly I never used it and it doesn't bother me. It's still a Honda OEM bezel, if it were some cheap aftermarket junk it might bother me more. But I don't notice, since I'm not in the passenger seat.

Yea I just need to adjust the nut below it. It was straight when I installed it.

I was thinking of just fitting the caddy knob and boot on my factory gate. Or a Honda boot. Whichever.

Id try the knob with and without the boot. Id go with whichever looked best.

Retrofitting the TL gate is a cool option. Even if the caddy knob doesnt work, the TL setup will still look good.

Ill work on getting a test knob from a caddy in the meantime. Otherwise I gotta fork out the $100 for a new knob.
