Omg I have a billion circular scratches on my car. Would a wax get rid of that ?

I need my paint to look as good as it can since I can count my mods on my hand. Tails/sidemarkers, pinstripe, windows, emblems, sound.

Wax will fix swirls yes, dry wax.
just make sure you use a new application pad. and a nice tower (Microfiber preferably)

Honestly if you can, Get another set of headlights for temporary use that way you can take your time on your project and do as well as possible the first time around.
