Yes, it has been linked to before, but I don't know if modifying a sedan lip to fit a 99 coupe was the same as modifying a 99 coup lip to fit an 01-02 coupe.

Alright man, thanks a whole bunch. Now I can safely shop for a sedan lip knowing I can get it to fit. When you put your lip on did it bend up in the middle at all? Do you have pics of it on your ride?

Yeah, that's where I am going to get mine. And ah, I gotcha. Did you not test fit it to see if it would bend up in the midle?

i think the problem with the middle part bent up is because of abs plastic that was folded while shipping? i think

Really? I've heard that it's because of lips that just aren't made to the right specs, which is why I was worried. I'll have to add a PU sedan lip from BaysonR to my list for sure!

My lip didn't bend up in the middle when I test fitted my lip after cutting. Hmm I wrote a DIY on modding a 98 front lip to an 02 front bumper I thought it would be different than what u are trying to do but I guess its not. GL can't wait to see pics. Smart going poly, I already had to plastic weld my abs lip back together.
