New Member with 02 LX Sedan, 36k

Hi,

New member here. I just bought a silver 2002 LX sedan auto from a relative. It has only 36,000 miles! But the two previous owners were little old ladies so the car looks like it has 100k more with all of the dings and dents.

I've already learned quite a bit from this forum - everything I needed to know so far. I hope to be able to contribute as well. I do a lot of my own work and still own a 1972 Mercedes 4.5 sedan and a 1994 BMW 325is track car.

One question off the bat - are there headlight housings that improve light output and pattern? In other words, are JDM headlights also a functional improvement? I am planning to also add projectors and HID.

get some OEM stanley headlight lenses, and do a retrofit. output.
also, blackhousing is popular. after that, a drop (coilovers), lip kit (not body kit), sound system, wheels, etc.

are you f23 or j30?

Keep your OEM headlights and or blackhouse them, or just retrofit them for even better output.

Welcome the blackhoused headlight is more for aesthetic purpose but give the accord a jdm look but it actually usdm lol

go with some cheap *** ebay black housed headlights and some steelie wheels painted green and lower your car on tien springs with stock struts... can't go wronnggggggg

Welcome to the fam....First thing to do is lower it aka slam the FAAK out of it lol but damn 36K u got a Diamond buddy.even if there are dings everywere, a body shop will fix that then its like brand new
