i tried posting this in the general but it doesnt give me access so if it's okay with ya'll ..

i have a an ongoing problem with this gen 6th. had several problem with the manual swap because some information was LEFT out in many thread on this site that should've came together. i finally got it right but it cost me a transmission and going to be a 2nd clutch within 5 month.

now with that out the way im tryin to convert into an obd1.

one of the thread recommend changing the intake manifold. some said just cut the IACV wire and make it just 2 by groundin the resistance wire. some say you need to just tune the p28 to work right. there was so many thread that became a fail for me.

now im here at the INJECTOR problem. i was told there is 8 wires under the intake manifold. i just came out from under the car and found 14 wires instead of 8 so the information is not accurate. so im taking everything apart related to the obd1 conversion until i find the RIGHT method of converting into obd1 without any problems.

i have an f23a engine with a p28 chipped (not installed) and obd2 to obd1 conversion and an f23a intake manifold. i also just came from the junkyard and pull an injector from a 94-95 accord but i believe the resistor was from the 90-93 accord (cant remember). i have a 3 wire IACV attach to the rear of the intake manifold.

as you can OBVIOUSLY see i did my research and use the search button but im just clearly statin that it has been unsuccessful.

there's only ONE thing about this car that bother me is the dizzy. i believe this is NOT the original dizzy that came with this car.

here is the male plug that is found under the intake manifold for the injector wiring.as you can see most of these wire are all connect to each other.

appreciate any help i can receive on this obd1 swap.

for those of you who dont see the problem with my dizzy it's that the dizzy dont have anything that is suppose to bolt on to the HEAD at the top. you'll see there's an opening where a bolt is suppose to be insert to hold the dizzy.

Obviously you HAVEN'T done your research. There are concrete diagrams and schematics on how to wire in low-impedance injectors and resistor box. You want me to do it for you?? Try using some outside sources from google... all Hondas are done the same way. You are converting a Civic p28, therefore any diagrams that work for civics, should work for you.

F22 manifold would be best due to direct bolt-on of 2-wire IACV, but F23 manifold will work if you have the blacktraxx adapter plate. Your dizzy is fine. Leave the IACV issue alone for now until you can get the injectors and resistor box wired up correctly.

Dude that's just an unused bolt hole :ugh:..

Before you asked that question, did you try clipping one in to find out? Since you already said you came from the junkyard with some.

+1 ^ C'mon now guy.. I almost want to go to Miami just to do this for you lol. You pay for the plane ticket, I'll do the work :deal:.

Yeah the clips need to be matching to the OBD1 injectors - the F23 OBD2 clips won't work. You need to get standard OBD1 clips off any mid-90's Honda. Test to make sure they fit obviously before cutting them off and taking them from the pullapart.

Seems like one question after next is testament to lack of research. All this stuff is covered man. No hard feelings, but ya gotta spend some more time reading and comprehending what you are looking at.
