They're the same, if not very similar specs. I'll be using the stage 1 regrind for mine because stage 2 has too much overlap for a boost setup.

Sonnick, are you staying N/A? Why not go Stage 2 if so?

Yea I plan on staying NA..I'm not sure, Bisi suggested Stage 1 maybe because I told him it's my daily driver. I might have to ask him again if Stage 2 has a good idle and is suitable for a daily driver setup, and what the difference in power would be, especially since it's the same price..

What do you think AF?

There'd definately be some prep work to do for the stage 2, but if you're staying NA, then I'd go for it. The cam is a great opportunity for power, so I'd go for as much out of it as I could.

To stay NA, I'd get the stage 2 regrind, with new springs and retainers, and a good tune, and maybe bronze valve guides if money allowed. That way you could tune for top end, and probably spin that motor a good bit over 7K without dropping too much power.

With TB bore, IM pnp, cam, valvetrain upgrade (F and H springs are the same, and B, H, and F retainers are the same), some mild headwork, and a tune, I'd expect 50 good whp. I imagine this is what Gude is trying to market; only this is done right.

I'm going with the Stage 2..which can be run on stock valvetrain. I will be using stock valvetrain until I get the head Pnp..then probably bump up the fuel cutoff to around 7k or so..

Hopefully this will get done by early summer (late May, early June). Then compare the 0-60 or 0-100 vids before/after the stage 2 cam :)

Spring break I will get another vid up with the clutch/flywheel and hopefully some new tires..which is March 12-19th for me

Got a new video. Lighting sucks, and video hosting all but blacks it out, so you gotta download this one.

Just a couple new modifications. :p

Wow, good job, that is very quick. I timed it to be just under 6 sec, about 5.9 or so. What new stuff have you added?

Header and plug wires, though those don't amount to much. There was this one thing this weekend though... Something about the valve cover, timing belt... some adjusting... water pump, balancer... another goodie or two. :p Some tuning wouldn't hurt.
