Is how lazy you Socal folks are when it comes to shipping items. Sure, everyone prefers a local sale, but the world doesn't revolve around Cali. There are other people interested in items that you have. Refusing to ship at all is just annoying, frustrating, and in a way, presumptuous.

Now I can see for bigger items (IE seats, spindles, etc) but for little stuff like filters, decals, etc, why the hell not?

sold a few camera things to a dude in spain when they didn't sell separately. paying $45 for shipping for $150 worth of stuff didn't make him blink.

the buyer ALWAYS pays for shipping, so why sit on something...lowering the price even...when you could pop it in a box and be rid of it?

+1, never said the seller should pay for shipping. If the buyer is willing to pay for shipping, asks for a quote, and even quotes a higher price shipped, why won't people acknowledge it?

LOL, it's cool. I was just messin' in the thread. But seriously though. There are some So Cal guys that are willing to ship. What I hate is international people who won't even cooperate with my importers to ship stuff to me.

And I wasn't speaking about anyone in general really, it's not someone specific (maybe someone, not you, I saw recently who falls into this stereotype, not naming names). I see it ALL over, on different car forums, other forums in general. Wtf?! No one has interest locally for a while since the OP, and you have a line of people willing to pay extra for shipping, WAITING, and you don't ship? IMO they don't wanna get rid of the item. Are post offices that scarce in SoCal lol jeez.
