Well the mark ii's are going for 400-500 used on Amazon right now...I'd be wary of buying something with that many shutter actuations

just search for canon 1d mark ii on Amazon...the used listing are to the right

most APS-C cameras made in the last 2 years wipe the floor with full frame cameras older than the 1Ds III with regards to noise handling and dynamic range.

hope you never shoot at ISO 800 or higher

Started my job with UVa Athletics' Media Relations Department yesterday. I'm a photography intern, so I'll be covering all the sporting events over the next two years while I'm here. I was doing some equipment inventory today and thought I'd share. This is only about half of what we have. Some of the newest bodies and bigger lenses aren't pictured, this was just what was sitting in the storage cabinet.
