On euro 2.0 there are brake disks on 4 lug hub.

So what? Search for the answer or use your basic knowledge of cars to figure out what you need for rear disks based on the diagrams in the 5 lug swap. It's not very hard at all if you actually put in some effort.

Search would've told you hubs, rotors, calipers, ebrake lines, fluid lines + hardware

On my 240sx I drilled new holes in the rotors, np.

To simply state it, the swap is the same for the 4 and 5 lug. All of the items are the same except for the hub itself. I've done both, from drums to disc, and from 4 to 5 lugs. Some searching would've gotten you the answers you need.
