Some advice... since the rotors were already out, you should have turned them at a shop. It's very inexpensive and well worth it. 80 grit sandpaper is way too rough on the surface of the rotors, you scratched the hell out of them! The wire brush is best. The paint should be high tremp paint as well, if not it won't last very long. I use high temp clear too to protect my work.
You don't really need to tape the rotors to paint them. Just spray and clean the excess with laquer thinner install and drive. After braking a few times all the excess paint will be gone and you will have a nice clean line. There is also no need to bake them but you can. Overall you did a good job though.
