Rubbing

Will 18x7's with a +40 offset give me any trouble when I put them on as far as clearance goes?

PS -I am a wheel/tire noob...

theyll prolly be right even with the fender. you might rub a little. i do now with 17x7 +42's but thats only because my tires are a little wider then the wheels. i have 215's. you should definitely go with a 205 tire, thats what im going to go with next. but because your offset is 2mm lower, you might rub like i do, on the small tab on the rear that holds the bumper on. but dan, dinzdale40, has DIY fix for that, check it out, it should work fine.

even with tanabes on stock shocks and a back seat with 2 passengers, i rub with +42 offsets 18x7.5 lol
