It's all good man. I assume you're gonna do a 5-lug swap?

If I'm not mistaken, I think the 17's and 18's only come in a 5-lug pattern.

well...i was gonna post this later, was suppose to be the surprise, but since truWarier02 called it, i will post pics now :) i did find a V6 accord 5 lug conversion and im going to throw it on my car as soon as the wheels come in, which should be later this week.

5/4/2012 UPDATE

it was a slow day at work so i got a chance to pick up some caliper paint and painted rotors, calipers, and brackets

much better looking calipers

rear bracket + front bracket

4 rotors after paint, before resurface. found out one of the front rotors were below spec...need to pick one up before doing swap, which is possibly going to happen tmr

finished product :) i put everything back onto my tool cart before i took pics, too lazy to take them out again hehe

Nice clean sedan. I see school's taking a lot of your time. Want to post a teaser of your wheels? Your buddy's Tenzo's were sick

currently sitting on a borrowed set of 2005 Accord EX-L V6 rims, gonna do alignment at work tmr and bleed brakes, feel a little soft. on the rears even tho i had used V6 knuckle, i was stil able to fit 4-cyl caliper + bracket + V6 pads. the V6 bracket is a hair longer than the 4-cyl bracket therefore 4 cyl caliper no worky worky on V6 bracket. thank God 4-cyl bracket fit :) didn't wanna have to do the whole caliper swap

P.S. wheels arrived today at the warehouse in norwalk gonna get mounted + balanced, delivery is scheduled for monday :)

GIGGITY GIGGITY GOO!!! :D

well, i haev some good news and some bad news...let's start with the good news shall we?

The RPF1's finally came in today!! 17x7.5 +48 mounted on Toyo Proxes4, 215/40R17

feels like i could've done one of three things, either: a) get a 45 profile tire next time, or b) drop the rear a little more?, or c) 18s?

now onto the bad news...

on the way to work today, i was next to this tacoma, he was about 3/4's car length ahead of me on the freeway. He ran over a piece of debris (at about 65-70mph) that some negligent idiot didn't tie down properly and since the tacoma's a RWD, it shot out from his driver's rear tire, and stabbed my passenger's rear door and tore a good size gash into it...

took it to the body shop for an estimate. $650 for the door fix, repaint pass mirror housing (thing's got cancer, looks disgusting), and repaint front bumper (this genius curbed it like a pro). so imma be dropping her off next week for about a week and i get to drive my GF's RSX Type-S :D

Car looks great with the new setup.

Is the finished version of the rotors the same ones, or did you just get a whole new set of rotors?
