Hello everyone. I own a 98 Accord v6 Coupe with the 15" Alloy rims. 3 of the 4 are in pretty good looking shape but 1 of them is just crappy looking. There is this crap, mud looking stuff stuck like its welded on to the rims. I have tried 3-4 times Eagle wheel cleaner ( supposedly very strong ), multiple car washes, and a bunch of car cleaner stuff of it but it doesn't even move. I tried taking one of those thing blades you use for taking of chipped paint, I ended up just putting scratches into the rim.

What am I supposed to do? I thinking of painting my rims white soon but I think that would get in the way hehe...:ohsnap:

edit: I will take pics tomorrow.

You might be able to use gunkoff. Its pretty strong it removes things like tar. I would look into that and see if that might help with your specific situation.
