Strange Noise coming from Glove box?

Is the the blend door actuator? I thought it was the motor with the white arm the spins when the ac is on. Should be buried by the cabin filter housing right? Here is pic of what I'm talking about. http://imgur.com/ZvmADIf

Never mind, I was looking at the recirculation motor. Got it all fixed now. People weren't kidding when they said you needed to be a contortionist lol. Thanks everyone.
