Did some test-fitting and cutting today.
Now I have to drop it off for paint, then clear bra'd.
This was before I did any cutting (being held on with tape). It fits a lot better now with the cuts.

Just dropped off the lip at the shop.

Got it back from the shop today. Fre$h NHBP.

**Update 5/18**
Finally got the lip clear bra'd yesterday morning with Ventureshield.
But I put the mugen lip back on afterwards so the lip can have time to dry over the weekend.
Should be on the car permanently after a car wash this Sunday though
