sunroof seal

Its glued to the glass.

It looks like it. Honda does not sale just the seal. Your best bet is a junk yard OR you can buy mine.

Or take it off, clean it, and reglue it

Should be easy enough to find a decent seal or even take yours off and use 3M weatherstrip.

Damn. It's not leaking but its ripped badly

Try using a heat gun to take it off.

You have to get the whole glass with seal. No other options, I looked into it when I repainted the whole car - took all glass off with exception of sunroof.
