The tools you'll need:

10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 19mm sockets
2' of extensions
10mm wrench
flathead screw driver
feeler gauges
assembly lube

You won't have to touch the valve springs to install it. You'll have to break the cam gear bolt loose, pull the rocker assembly off the head, replace the cam, replace the rocker assembly, tighten the cam gear bolt, replace the belt, tension the belt, then do a major valve adjustment since the cam's base circles are smaller.

I read my post again an I wasn't clear in what I was asking, but the info you gave me does help. Did you relplace your valve springs with upgraded ones, and if so how hard are they to install and do you need to remove the head to do it, I found a diy on and integra and would assume that most of the steps would be similar but just a bit different being that our cars are sohc as opposed to the dohc, thats what I was trying to ask but wasn't very clear, did the cam come with the valve lash specs that you will need to get it within spec or did you use the stock specs. Thanks for all the help.

Completely stock valve train. With this cam it is not required that you upgrade valve springs unless you intend on doing long-term high rpm driving like auto-x events.

Changing the springs isn't terribly difficult, but the tool to do it without removing the head can be expensive, and it is time consuming.

Stock valve lash specs are fine.

Still running alright. No word yet when I'll be able to get tuned. MAYBE next weekend if I can get away for a day. I might even make a dyno run if I have time, but I won't be tuning on the dyno.

My engine bay is not the cleanest by far. I might snap something if I get a minute to clean it up a bit. I'll get some videos up once the car is tuned.
