This thread is full of fail.

OP here is my advice to you. If you're planning on keeping the car for a LONG time, save your money, go FI, build the F or swap an H.

If you're not planning on keeping the car for a long time, do some cosmetic mods, maintain her, make her paint sparkle and leave it at that.

LOL...OMG - what happened here?!?!?! See, all you guys have to do is look at all those of us who already spend big $$$ on trying to make more power with our F23's and learn.

If you chose the right parts, they'll work to your advantage. I've had 3-5 exhaust systems on my car, 3 different intakes, and multiple other parts - 160whp/155wtq for a stock motor with cam, bolt-ons & decent clutch kit in my opinion is way better than 90% of all 4 cyl. Accords in here. (not putting anyone down) Is it going to cost $100 per 1hp? Maybe... doing whatever you want with your car & enjoying it - priceless!

wow, hell of a thread guys, lol. its obvious that if you want real power that you must do forced induction, or build internally. Ive heard that nitrous, cam, and tune on a honda puts a good little bit of power for not too much money.

oh, and bolt-ons CAN add power, but its really not going to move your car that much, unless you free up a good deal of weight (I ran a 16.9 1/4 mile with my setup :henry:).

i can spend money on an 8 ball of coke and enjoy it

you're missing the point... when it comes down to gaining power id rather do the thing that makes the most sense (turbo) instead of spending $1,000 on bolt ons and bragging about it like some assface while my cars still slow as hell

im thinking of having some headwork done as well as i/h/e hopefully will give me some ponies:icon_toilet:

Yes you'll get ponies out of headwork/cam. Check my thread if you want to see a nice F23 head. The only thing bad about the F23 head is there are no "off the shelf" cams or headers. That is pretty significantly ****ty when you can buy a good enough H22 header for ~$500. But don't let anyone tell you the F23 head can't flow or isn't worth porting, a properly ported F23 (like mine) outflows any stock Honda head and with small ports no-hogging. Now, if one of us would just finish our build and actually post dyno sheets this would be more believable :eusa_doh:
