10k for the rear is really stiff fyi... i have 8k in the rear and i have my tools bouncing all over the place... when i first was looking into coilovers a couple years ago, i asked them about spring rates... 5 outa 7 companies (even the no name ones) said they recommend going 1 up or 1 down. as in if you are 6k and looking for stiffer, go up to 8k or softer, go down to 4k (also because odd numbers are non existent when it comes to spring rates)

going up too much or going down too much is going to effect how your dampers react on a bump and might cause too much stress from either compressing TOO much or too much friction from bouncing up and down with a stiffer spring.

REMEMBER, Coilovers are valved for the springs that are on them

yea... the rear has very little load compared to the front so imagine how coils with 8k in the front feel in the rear

Just talked to F2 and I found out a little something...

They are getting a new manufacturer for their springs which will be:

-Higher Quality
-Better performance
-Color change(Red)
-~$65 per spring (for those who already have the coils)

All of this according to them should be finalized by the end of April.

Also, after the new springs come out, everyone who purchases their coilovers will have a choice of getting their own custom spring rates with their purchase.

Ahh.. spoiler! :action-smiley-042:
