I don't think I've told anyone which one I'm using. decided to wait till after its all together and I have some numbers before I reveal turbo choice and boost levels to the public. I might have actually told you in one of our old PM's. If you wanna know just pm me.

Turbo systems are about equilibrium of both intake and exhaust pressures, and the stability with which those factors stay in equilibrium as they increase and decrease (but not just those factors, these are just the one's we're talking about). Basically you can run an internally dumped setup without power hinderance if you have a large enough exhaust. For serious racing setups, they sometimes use 4" aluminum, internal dump. With setups that we build, it wouldn't make a difference whether you are dumping in or out, as long as the exhaust is at least 2.5" or 3" (preferable).

Good call on Blitz BOV and DSM 450s!

About the manifold and adapter, I am thinking that you may have some fitment issues depending on the size of your turbo and how thick the adapter plate is (radiator clearance). Have you test fitted anything yet for clearance?

The catch can you got is just like mine except anodized purple, mine is just gray. Cheap and classy.

Good luck on the build, and don't hesitate to call or PM me if you need ANY help.

got them both for a steal of a deal, so I couldn't pass them up.

no just got the turbo this weekend. I'll test fit it when we pull the manifold off and if there's clearance issues I'll have something made that will fit. Also I'm deleting my AC cause it hasn't worked in at least a year, so I don't really need it.

Lol yeah the del sol, I've always wanted to build a d16.. its a small 1.6L with crazy potential that lasts forever haha. Im not gonna go all out on it tho.. just pistons (the cheap 120$ ycp ones), rods, arp studs and 18psi lol.

soo how important is the radiator fan on the passenger side of the radiator. cause my wastegate sits right against it and when the motor mounts flex its going to hit the fan shroud. So my question is can I get rid of that fan or am I going to have to buy a slim fan to replace it.

here's a crappy cell phone pic to show you what I mean
