ok so I need to know how to wire the resistor box in for my injectors and how to wire the iacv in. I found a pigtail on a 5thgen that clips into the sensor perfectly but it wasn't off the iacv on the 5thg3n as that one was broken. I need to know how to wire it in I believe it has a black/yellow wire and a white wire.

Over the color of the wires, look for the pattern of all wires of one color, and one wire which is different.

That being said, here are some diagrams:

You want to find your dead end plug, which is under the intake manifold usually. This has to do with wiring in the resistor box as well.

Good luck man! Let me know if this helps.

Re: x5carl3tmurd3rx's Turbo build [updated 02-7-11]

Ok so here's a little update on the car. We solved the injector problem and have my oil lines almost completely done. Problem i'm having now is that i need to have fuel lines made to splice in my fuel lab fpr on the return line side. My question is do i get rid of the stock pressure regulator or keep it in place. If i have to get rid of it how the hell do i hook a fuel line up to the rail since the regulator just bolts to the rail and kinda sandwiches itself to the rail in order to make a seal so the fuel doesnt leak. Only way i see it working is to leave the stock regulator in unless theres some special fitting that i can buy to fit it.

Replace the OEM Fuel Pressure Regulator with new. I believe all of them come with the correct flanges and parts to direct bolt to your OEM fuel rail (AEM does for sure) you re-use the o-ring and maybe some other parts but its pretty straight forward and no extra parts for replacement and you re-use your lines for the new fuel pressure regulator. If you want a fuel pressure guage you'll have to buy an additional AN fitting I believe but its already threaded to fit it for the use of a gauge right there.

Exactly what he said^

I'd like to also add that, there's a good chance the stock O-ring will be too small for the aftermarket flange that seals on it. I had to bring the stuff to ACE Hardware and buy my own o-ring of the same size/diameter, but beefier (thicker) so that it would make the needed seal. This may only have been the case since I used a crappy Megan FPR, but it may also be your case, if the flange is just as cheaply made as Megan's. Just something to be aware of. Trust me I found out the hard way. When I turned to ACC and injectors primed, the fuel was spewing everywhere from that junction on the fuel rail.
