haha nice I remember when I drove the accord around open cat for a week, didn't go as well as I hoped since piggies around here are so sensitive to noise
nah paul's making me a legit down pipe whenever I take the car to him to get finished, I'll probably just throw it on for track days and days I feel like being obnoxious. :leeann:

hah definitely no master of cars.
good news is that the head's not warped. reason for the leak is I somehow managed to put the head gasket in backwards and upside down.......I have no idea how I didn't notice before since I could immediately tell when we pulled the head that it was in there wrong. I guess I had a little more to drink then I thought that night. BUT its all fixed now thanks to paul
bad new is we found out the max overbore spec on the f23a1 is 86.25mm......inlinepro bored my cylinders to 86.5mm. so there's a chance the cylinder walls won't hold up under boost. in which case I will be going to inlinepro very angry and having a little chat with the owner about how he's gonna be out quite a bit of money to replace my block and anything else that was damaged. I'm keeping my finger's crossed that everything just holds up how it should so I can drive my car again.
Car should be on the street within a few days, I'll take some vids as soon as I get it back. untill then heres a little teaser for you guys.

Happy on the good news, but sucks on the bad news man. As long as the machine shop will accept responsibility after, then don't worry. If they don't then you may be in a world of sh*t.
I doubt the sleeves would blow at 15psi the way you have it, but I wouldn't push it more than that. Never knew the max bore was 86.25mm for our stock sleeves. I'm pretty sure Erik123456789 ran 15 psi on stock overbored sleeves without ANY issues before he sold his Accord. Contact him for more info if you want.

oh trust me if it goes I'll make their lives a living hell till they take responsibility for their mistake. only time will tell so all I can do it hope it holds.
Gotta call paul in the morning but the fact that he didn't call to inform me of any problems today while I was out job hunting is a good sign. who knows maybe I'll have the car back tomorrow. he said it would only take three or four days so it should at least be close. I'll update in the morning when I hear from him.
