as said about a dozen times a drop would certainly do the car justice. Coilovers are the way to go. Ends up costing slightly more than a set of drop springs and shocks that will need to replace your soon to be blow stock shocks.

Stock height.....everytime I see it, it looks higher and higher!

As much as you want a drop, I would go with the full coilover route as well, be patient, it will pay off.

If I could go back, I would have gone with full coils as well.

You may want to consider shopping around for a used set of coils, but you really have to be careful with that.

teins basics or SS are a good starter set. You can find these all the time in the classifieds. They ride extremely well for coilovers and give you a decent drop, at it's lowest setting about 1/2 to 1 finger all around, depending on your wheels set-up. I agree with everyone else, do suspension right the first time!!

what would be the cheapest coilovers i could get that are still good reliable ones? the teins? or are there cheaper ones?

Function and Form Type 1. $590 shipped. I've loved them and have had no problems so far :peace:
