I now fear my trans, I had the guy who changes my oil take a look at the fluid (been doing toyotas for years), he told me its near black, Except my i4 never slipped AFAIK, it's just slow. I've had a manual with 130k miles on it still had red fluid, and an auto at 30k intervals have red fluid. so..

I'm now convinced the timing belt was never changed either, Seems like the last owner put it in a garage, yet never took care of it. I'm stupid, I should've checked it. I'm now gonna pull off the inspection cover and look at the belt, and measure tension.

Comtiplated doing a K20 swap. My friend has a long block for $500.....

But then saw the amount that it would cost for a K series tranny, axles, wiring harness, and mounts and others. Nope. Ill stick with the F20b swap. Unless i find an H22a for cheap.

Bout to wash it. Next gonna do tint and paint the rims white.
