after reading some of the post, i think there something wrong with my accord. my average is 500-520km (51-52L) in summer and 550-570 in cold weather. but recently my last two full tank has recorded 80km less. so need to figure it out why. keep it up!

I got about 250 miles / tank (~17 mpg) in the winter where it was 95% city driving with very short trips (less than 5 miles/trip). In the summer I do mainly highway driving and I can get about 375 miles / tank (~25 mpg).

I'm pretty surprised to see these numbers, with stock rims and Michelin tires (Primacy MXV4) I believe, the best I ever got was 910km(570 miles) on a tank. Around 50km in city and the rest were all highway km's on a road trip. The fuel tank is around 62 liters..Gives about 6.8l/100km almost all highway. Converting it to MPG that is around 35MPG. I'm surprised because my car has 310k (almost 200k miles).

I since then put 17" 225/45/ (Michelin Pilot Sport front, Bridgestone Potenza's in rear), and have went on a similar road trip, averaged 7.6l/100km (31MPG) however, I also put a new cat, new exhaust, and cold air intake. (not sure if it would change results much)

99 4 cylinder, 5 speed

V6, AT, 215/50/17, which is the second closest to the OEM diameter. (215/45/18 was the closest iirc.)

Had a trip whole day w/ my wife being a passenger. (This whole trip was 70% hwy -- 30% city, whereas I usually commute to work by driving in city mostly.)

The white paper was the receipt, telling how much gallons I filled it up after the trip, but the flash from the camera killed it...

Didn't really drive like a grandma the whole time, but I thought it was above the average for a 12-year-old-V6.

....., Maybe. :iranmaybe:

Last fill up 22 mpg, which has been the best since owning it. 200k mi and usually getting 230 miles to a tank roughly 15-17mpg. Needs some help.

Holy ****! On my 2002 SE auto accord with SRI and bypass I'm only getting 330 a tank. And I already have good tires, new plugs. BUT I do have a code for bad cat converter. I've tried seafoaming, gas treatments, coasting, and most I've ever had was 350 a tank. And this is city driving. Any other suggestions besides new cat?
