Highest = 32 mpg
Mix City/Hwy Average = 28 mpg
Lowest = 25 mpg

I shift early around 2500rpm when feeling gas thrifty.

is there a DIY on changing the O2 sensor?? do we need to change 1 of them or both?? how much are they and wats the diffcultity??

I don't think so, I thing the best way is to change both since you have the cat out, They ran about $115 on online OEM Honda and you have to remove the Cat from exhaust system to get access to it and it depend if the thing will get rusted and stick to the cat then you will need to torch it out lol.

I also got 300+ on a full tank simply after changing my oil. Guess 5000 miles is a bit too much, even for fully synthetic motor oil.

I can't agree more with you. I shift at 4k... :D

Oh I recently did oil change, tranny fluid, radiator flush, seafoam and Z-max. So far I'm at 50 miles after 3 markers from the fill up line. Oh and I've gone up to 6k rpm. :D

I'm still sitting at ~380 miles with mixed driving (70% hwy, 30% city). Note that's with the shorter H23 tranny.

Today's fill up was 15.51 gallons, with 377 on the odometer. 24.3mpg for the lose. You guys with autos and F23 trannys should be getting AT LEAST that, cause I beat the living hell out of my car around town, taking it beyond 6700rpm on a shameful basis...

Every now and then I'll baby the car for a tank, and drive below 3K, but my gas mileage hardly changes. I do recall my last accord being a beast on the top-end, but so torqueless below 3500 that it was an absolute headache in town.

H23 tranny + stock block torque FTW! :thumbsup:

I average between 400(50/50 highway/city) and 500(about 90% highway)miles per tank without trying. My best tank averaged 31.7 mpg, but I don't remember the mileage or the amount required to fill it up.

Ah... I remember those days. A tank with a low average meant 400miles. Normal mixed driving was 420-430miles, and once while driving through Colorado, I went 538miles on a tank. 16.4 gallons later, I calculated 32.8mpg. I was in love... :wub:
