Why did you choose

I have always thought the accord coupe was a beautiful car. It was first on my list when i was shopping for my first car, but it was out of my price range. After the Hyundai Elantra that i bought got totaled insurance gave me $12,000 so I resumed my search for an accord. Found one in good shape and the rest is history.

Basically i bought it because i thought it looked sexy, and because it would be reliable and i had/have no intentions of ever selling it. plus i wanted a V6 at the time, could care less about that now though.

My old $hit box died on me and i went to the dealer looking into a new civic at the time. Sat in a civic and found out i was too tall for it and the sales person took me to look at at an accord but the new ones were out of my budget at the time (being a college student). So i picked up a used one...I loved coupes so thats what I got

i wanted a honda, i was tired of driving a V8 firebird that guzzled gas. i went to a used car dealership in downtown miami. i wanted black, but they only had a white one. i asked about a black one and they told me i would have to wait a month or so to get one. i said screw black ill take the white one on the lot. got my 6thgen about a week later.

Well the reason i got the Ac my 2 previous cars commited suicide, 88 pontiac grand am cp with matching rims and a 91 nissan maxima with snrf and leather interior. i wanted either a maxima or accord. My girl had a hook up at the honda dealership. i think the car picked me it felt like the headlights winked at me and said u know u want me, so i took her home that day this was back in june 04, weve been inseperable ever since, LOL. She was a certified used accord so i did spend a lil more than normal about 15k out the door i'm almost done paying her off , 9 more payments then she is mine.

i was out of town when i saw a "hooked" up accord for the first time... i was 15 with my fam at a red light when i saw a 6th gen with a nice drop n some rims cruise by. ever since then i fell in love.. ive had 2 cars before i bought my 6th gen both of them totalled before i was 18.. then i joined the army and had enough money to buy my own car.. got an 01 v6 accord ex.. coulda bought ANYTHING i wanted less than 22k (thanks uncle SAM) but like i said i was IN LOVE

Well I had a few in mind.

3000GT
300ZX
Prelude
6GA
(in no order)

But my loan could only cover cars back to 02 so it was either Accord or LS and I heard the LS V8s had serious heating problems and I didn't want that so I narrowed it down to the Accord.


Then my tranny started slipping ....
