what do you mean it will not stick out?
of course its not going to stick out like sore thumb, but it will def. stick out with 0 camber 225/40 18 tires....
i have RH C4 +42 and sticks out, and rubs with about -1 camber....it rubs barely tho...

you said yours sit flush and doesnt rub, because you have 215mm tire and you have - camber......

which i have stated earlier.....run less wide tire (225mm is wider than 215mm right?), run negative camber, roll fenders/pull qtr panel.....

but he said the wheels are 7 inches wide.

Woot woot just put my new wheels on. No scrub/rub and I've tried going over speed bumps pretty fast and none off the front on full lock .I didn't realize that the front of the wheel is silver and the rest is anthracite they look very nice on and I'm well happy with them.
