    Anyone know how to adjust the ride height on tein SS coilovers? If you decompress the spring will it lower the ride height and if you compress the spring will it raise the car?

    Suggestions on suspension rebuild?

    So I'm gonna install my coilovers over spring break. So I'm Thinking about doing a suspension rebuild. Such as bushings and other stuff. So what I'm asking is what I need for this. Is there any polyurethane bushings I should get if any. So throw out suggestions on what you think I need.

    So I recently got my tranny swapped out from an h22 to an f23 basically a m2b4 to p2a8. Now my speedo is 10 off so when it says I'm going 60 I'm actually going 50. My friend said that it could be because I have the h22 gear for the vss gear. Your thoughts? Fixes?
