    yeah its not the splash shield, for sure. well when im off work tonight ill be jacking her up and changing rotors. i'll also check the clips and bolts on the caliper itself to see if thats the issue. thanks guys. will update later!

    alright so i dropped by my mechanics today just to get things checked out. came out with a whole slew of problems, not surprised. two ball joints needed to be replaced, brought my car home and did the two of those myself. rear sway is a bit loose. but this just gives me an even better excuse...

    So I jacked her up to check. The lower passenger balljoint does need to be replaced. But the squeal is present even with the rubber off the ground. Could it be a bearing?

    I think I had both bearings purchased for... 110? Canadian though. If you know how to change your break callipers yourself, you can diy. Takes quite a bit of torque to get the **** off though

    had it in my old 02 civic. turned out to be the regulator. just to be sure though pop your door panel off and check. it may possibly just be sitting wrong on the track. repair and dont play with it until you do! i did and i had to jam my window shut with wadded up paper to drive home on a 80mph...

    tuning a chipped p28 in a h22?

    i'm going to stick with the p28 for now, i have other things i want to take care of so an ecu change isnt a consideration. i'll see what my tuner thinks of crome. i would just like to really stretch the engines legs but i'm scared of doing so before dynoing and making sure it is isnt knocking.

    Brand & model: AEM cold air intake for H22a Price paid and from where: $50 used, from a local Pros: nice throaty hum and a little better fuel efficiency Cons: whistles at a certain throttle range Final verdict: Completely worth what i paid for it. really depends on personal preference i suppose
