Re: Turbo Installed, now i have some questions(93 octane by NoHo?)

^good info.

honestly for the whole bang for you buck I'd get a set of DSM blue tops. I got mine for $40 and pocketed the pig-tails and a resistor box at the junkyard. so 100% complete 440cc injector upgrade for $40. can't beat that and then you don't gotta worry about upgrading for a while.

RDX injectors are 410cc's. Good luck trying to find 93 octane in California. LOL
Here is a link to help you figure out what size injector you need for your hp goal.

Yeah.. And honestly, I may be wrong someone can correct me, but I don't think you even need a resistor box then if you are using AEM EMS.. You can control everything with it directly such as injector flow and duty cycles! It is the best engine management.

Re: Turbo Installed, now i have some questions(Tuner close to North Hollywood?)

The plug and play AEM ECUs (i.e not the Universal Race EMS), vary depending on application as to whether they can deal with saturated injectors or peak and hold injectors. If the vehicle has peak and hold from the manufacturer then the AEM EMS plug and play system made for that vehicle will most definitely be setup with internal resistors to handle the peak and hold injectors.

If your EMS is by default setup for saturated injectors, then you will need a resistor box (something like this: http://www.aemelectronics.com/engine-management-systems-9/peak-hold-injector-driver-module-17/)

If you are running the 30-1050 EMS (which is the part number for the plug and play EMS for the 98-02 Accord) you will need some sort of driver for peak and hold injectors.

For more information on injectors here is a good link: http://www.robietherobot.com/storm/fuelinjectorguide.htm

Also, when in doubt, download the instructions manual for the EMS and that information should be in the documentation.

Re: Turbo Installed, now i have some questions(do H22 injectors fit f23?)

I want to do RDX injectors for my first tune, but the adapters that they sell claim to fit B-H series motors so what im asking is, are obd2 H22 injectors interchangeable with F23 ones?

^ how much do the rdx injectors go for? Also i'm like 99% positive that honda uses the same style injectors for all their OBD2 vehicles. That is they are all saturated (as opposed to peak and hold) and top feed.

Seems intimidating at first, but once you are confortable with all the needed parts its kinda easy imo:thumbsup: there are some lil technical questions that will come up but thats just cuz i want to do everything with my own preference.
