Thanks Devin. I did find another part number (25-106) that lists Acura CL 2.2/2.3 and Accord 94-02 2.2/2.3 as its applications. I might still have to rig it up though, so any help is appreciated.

You're right with the AEM part number (25-106) is for our cars but your still going to have to do some work with the fuel lines.

- Cut the hard 5/16 fuel line back a little ways and you can use something similar to Earl's Fitting (165056ERL) shown Here Which will be able to switch you over to a -6AN line from our 5/16 hard fuel line.

- Buy some -6AN stainless steel fuel lines (i'm not going to call out part number cause it is literally sold everywhere and i know you know what i'm talking about anyway).

- Then use the -6AN fitting straight to female -6AN fitting (SUM-220690B) Here

- and finally use the (SUM-220166B) Male -6AN to male -6AN fitting to attach you line to the fuel rail. Shown Here

Again, you don't have to use those fittings, obviously they are most likely made by all types of people, but those were the one's I used. You going with the AEM pressure regulator and fuel gauge?

Thanks for that info Devin! That's definitely an option I'll have to consider. I'm likely going to use a Marshall fluid filled gauge, but don't know about the pressure regulator yet. All the individuals I turn to for advice with the build (including my tuner) say to stay away from the AEM FPR, so I'll probably follow their advice. I'm also going to pick up a hot-wire kit for the fuel pump. It's basically a switched relay circuit that feeds the fuel pump good voltage from better power wires and eliminates a lot of the flutter people claim to have with Walbro 255 pumps.

I made a salvage yard run today up to Asheville, and stopped by to chat with my tuner for a bit. He encouraged me to run the stock fuel rail, but with an OE FPR with the big outlets. I was told the stock FR and Walbro 255 are both capable of 600whp on engines as efficient as Hondas 4 bangers. I think the problem I'm going to have is finding that FPR where the holes line up like ours do. I also want to run a pressure gauge off the rail which is another issue with using the stock piece. It can all be done with a little work, I just have to decide if it's worth doing, or going to the AEM rail that also requires modification to work. It'll be the less of two evils I suppose.

Also had some goodies waiting on my porch at home.

Tomorrow I'll likely plastigage the mains again with all of the bearings installed to triple check my clearances. Once the pistons come back from Swain Tech, I should be ready for preliminary assembly. Still finessing my work on the old oil pump before I modify the new one.

I'll need to re-watch some of the Evans Tuning videos to refresh my memory on the assembly lubrication points. Also need to read up on priming the oil pump once it's ready to be installed.

Tore down the trans today and gave it a scrub. I couldn't find my gear puller to get the gear stacks apart, so I'll have to look for that tomorrow.

I was very pleased with the condition of everything. It cleaned up easily, no rust inside, and everything rotated with very little effort. I want to pull the gearset out and have it shot peened for fatigue resistance, and I want to hit the gear collars with a flapper wheel to scuff them up a bit.

Found the nice NGK's at Sparkplugs.com. Just wish they weren't blue!

Got some mail today from MFactory, Innovate, and POR. I've got to find something constructive to do with all these giant stickers!!

Considering drilling and tapping the end of this fuel rail to install a fuel pressure gauge.

Good choice on products, and good to see the progress! Looks awesome!

Thanks. I'm very satisfied with Go-Auto's service, prices, and quality products. I had a spreadsheet made up with mostly components from vibrant performance, but Go-Auto practically cut my total spent in half. If Greg doesn't have something listed on his website, you can shoot him an e-mail and he can probably order it for you.

Stock F23 IM. I've just removed some excess vacuum nipples and replaced them with plugs.

I drilled a small hole in the end of the fuel rail this evening and used an EZ out to try to remove the brass plug without luck. I ended up measuring the plug, which came out to a hair under 7/16". The drill bit for a 1/4 NPT tap is 7/16", so I'm just going to drill the entire thing out and attach a 1/4 to 1/8 NPT adapter for the fuel pressure gauge. More on that tomorrow.

I also marked the holes of the -O- FPR onto the fuel rail and drilled them about 3/8" deep with a 5/32" bit. It never entered the bore of the rail, so I'm hopeful that I might be able to tap them to 6mm without penetrating the bore. That might not be possible since the taps have to be sunk a little deeper than the threads, but I'll find out once I get the right drill bit (3/16") for the 6mm tap.

I began working on measuring and fitting the new manifold on tonight. I didn't make much progress on that, so I won't share just yet.
